ATTEND (4) CONSECUTIVE MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS IN A ROW AND BE VOTED IN BY THE BOARD. WE HAVE 1 MEETING A MONTH AND ARE LOOKING FOR PARENTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP KEEP SAY-NORTHERN SOCCER LEAGUE POSITIVE AND FUN FOR ALL YOUTH. BRING NEW IDEAS TO THE TABLE AND LEND A HELPING HAND. THERE IS ALOT TO DO TO KEEP THIS LEAGUE GOING AND THE MORE PARENTS WE HAVE THE LESS WORK WE WOULD ALL HAVE TO DO.

BOARD MEMBERS LINE THE FIELDS, UPDATIE THE WEBSITE, CREATE REGISTRATION BROCHURES, COORDINATE REFEREES, SCHEDULES, RULES, COACHES, TEAMS, CONCESSIONS, BUYING EQUIPMENT, ADVERTISING, PLAYER DRAW, ANSWERING ALOT OF QUESTIONS, AND SO MUCH MORE! WHILE IT SEEMS LIKE ALOT OF WORK IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE. MORE PARENTS MEANS LESS WORK AND MORE TIME WATCHING OUR KIDS PLAY/LOVE SOCCER!

*Our monthly board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at the Aurora Town Hall. During the months of June-August our meetings are at 8:30 pm & during the off-season September-May our meetings are scheduled at 6:30 pm*

We are always in need of district representatives (board members). Each district can have up to 4 representatives. We all have very busy lives with work, family, & chaos just like everyone else.

Representatives need to attend our organization's monthly board meetings.  At those meetings we plan out every aspect of the season & without district representatives (parents/grandparents) we would not have a league.  

Board members volunteer their time to keep the organization up & running so all kids are able to play recreational soccer (without try-outs) at a low cost. (We are not paid for our work/time)
